Dear Ladies and Gents,

I’m disappointed to advise that this Thursday at Tavistock has been cancelled.

I played on Saturday and have never seen the course so wet, we have had in excess of 130mm for Feb. One of our members slipped and broke his leg on Saturday.

It is my intention to try and move to Thursday week the 29th Feb, if the club can accommodate.

I’m travelling tomorrow but will update on Tuesday.

I have been involved in a tricky week with the PGA for copyright issues!!

Somebody has reported us for using the ‘PGA’ in our domain names and email address, we have had to amend and also the wording on the Website.

I have explained that the Devon Professional Golfers' Alliance has been in existence for over 84 years and this is the first time we have been made aware of the copyright infringement!

Life goes on and our group will get stronger!!
